The calming ambiance, relaxing music, not to mention Sam’s professional teaching techniques and gentle voiceI have made Tree Top Yoga a great place to find your heart and soul. I feel increased mental and physical energy after each practice. The guided relaxation part at the end of the practice certainly boost my alertness and enthusiasm. A cuppa perfectly curated coffee served my Sydney is big motivated to me :-)

When I first joined, the one thing that really stood out was that Samantha was so patient and took time to explain each step. There is a great number of sessions available, both morning, night and weekends. I would highly recommend Tree Pose Yoga for yogies of every level.

I have found Sam to be an experienced instructor who guides the class with options for your level of experience and strength.
Sam encourages personal development and provides encouragement and support. I highly recommend Tree Pose yoga to anyone interested in developing their yoga knowledge or experiences.

Her ability to modify for each individual in the room is amazing. I have no issues turning up when I feel I have a pain somewhere as her skill set allows you to work within your limits. Best place in the Hills for Yoga from beginners to advanced. AND between her and Sydney they welcome you warmly and are great hosts, providing teas, nibbles and coffee to create a wonderful community.

Sam and Sydney are warm and welcoming and I love that at the end of each class, they provide you with tea and some snacks. Their dog is also adorable :) the room itself is also beautiful, the fairy lights make it very relaxing.
