- Luke Van Staveren Added October 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you've booked an appointment for the doctors, you should be fine but avoid going to the pathology as they cannot seem to organise timings correctly and who comes in when. Every other pathology seems to organise themselves easier as you get there and take a number... maybe some advice for them!

Myself and family have been going to this practice for 8 years. I am happy to see anyone there. The registered nurses especially, are very warm, good-humored, relaxed and professional. Blood tests are a breeze - no pain, no missed veins, no bruising. The same with immunisations. I have no issue with appointments or timings with pathology staff. I cannot understand the bad reviews as I have absolutely no complaints about this practice. I am grateful to have had it recommended to me back when I was new to the area.

Actions of this doctor detracted from my child’s health instead of contributing to it
- Connie El-Amal Added August 30, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Always happy to see any of the doctors here and there is no receptionist called Glenda. I think Alex Bajcetic has the wrong surgery. This one is in Sydney not Brisbane. Staff and doctors at Crestwood Family Practice in Bella Vista are always helpful.
